• Suttle Screw Piling

Screw piles are preformed steel elements with a central tubular dia. of less than 150mm that feature short sections of helical flights spaced at 1.5m – 2m along the pile.

They are suitable for lightly loaded structures, single and two-storey residential properties.

Screw piles have the added advantage of being easily removed making them ideal for temporary works situations.

They are most commonly seen being used for tree root protection zones due to their low-disturbance method of installation.

A standard sized excavator is used to install them with a torque drive attachment.
