Fantastic service from these guys. Chap in the office was very friendly and helpful, ordered on a Friday and delivered on the following Monday. Driver was 1st class and managed to squeeze the truck between our fence and gutter with millimetres clearance on each side, saving me hours of barrowing it up the drive.

I found the chap who took my telephone order (I think he was at Poole) very helpful polite and he said he would phone back with delivery details in ten minutes and he did within five minutes ..even better. We recently had a delivery of a bulk bag of 20mm Silver Granite Chippings from Suttles, Dorset. We received a phone call to confirm our online order and was told what day it was going to be delivered, which was 3 days later. It arrived on time and the driver was very accommodating and kindly dropped the bulk bag (without us asking) in a convenient place for us to unload. Overall the service and price from Suttles has been first class and we have no hesitation is using or recommending them in the future, thank you 😊

I am writing to say thank you for the excellent service I have just received from your company. Yesterday I spoke to a gentleman who was extremely friendly and helpful re my queries and regarding buying and having some soil delivered. Everything was arranged for delivery today, with the driver to phone me before it was delivered. This he did as arranged and delivered the soil exactly where I had asked for, again with a smile. I feel often we are ready to complain but forget sometimes to say thank you. So thanks once again to all involved.
