You may remember that last year Suttle Projects won the ‘Inspiring Change – SME’ Award at the CECA Inspiring Change Awards!
This award is one that seeks to recognise businesses that have introduced an initiative that has helped to foster an inclusive workplace where people of varied backgrounds, perspectives or life experience share ideas and work productively together.
At Suttles we are very proud to have our ‘Suttle Setting Standards’ program. A program undertaken by every employee that looks at themes such as fairness, inclusion & respect in the workplace as well as themes such as mental health, behavioural safety and behavioural science. It is this program that won the ‘Inspiring Change – SME Award’.
Although we won this award last December, Steph and Adam were formally given the award at the recent CECA South West Members Meeting in Exeter.
