📱 WhatsApp – Every site has its own WhatsApp group where updates are provided by the site team and the engineers/transport/procurement can respond within minutes. This means that if any problems are encountered, whether it be with design, or anything else, we can react quickly. We have our own in-house design team which allow us to adapt to any obstacles we encounter.
âś… Reflow – We use the reflow platform which allows all of our site checks, whether that be:
– Daily site checks
– Vehicle checks
– Plant safety checks
– PPE Requests
– Daily site diaries & more!
đź“… These are then uploaded every day to the reflow app & all of that information can then be reviewed and utilised by our head office team.
