Wilstock Hub

WilstockHub, a registered charity since 2018, was set up to fund, build and run a community building for the benefit of that community. We have made a working highway entrance into the site from the adjacent adopted estate road carriageway. Critical services have been constructed into the site, including the local authority foul drainage connection, with 125m of adoptable sewer into the new building footprint. Similarly, surface water drainage has been laid out across the site. We have also constructed strip and pad foundations in preparation for the new masonry building structure, forming the community hub itself.
