A large warehouse was demolished in order for the space to be redeveloped and accommodate 3 new large warehouses.

Suttle Piling were tasked with designing and building two retaining walls; one being a contiguous pile retaining wall, chosen to retain a neighbouring boundary line whilst excavations took place, and the other being a kingpost wall with concrete panels. The kingpost wall system was chosen to level up an area of the site where there was a slope and instead the client wanted to create 2 levelled platforms.
