Congratulations to Danielle on Passing Her End Point Assessment!
We are delighted to celebrate a fantastic achievement by our Business Administration apprentice, Danielle, who has successfully passed her End Point Assessment.
Over the past 18 months, Danielle has been completing her apprenticeship while working as part of the team at Swanworth Quarry. Balancing practical, on-the-job experience with one day a week at college, she has demonstrated commitment, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn every step of the way.
During her apprenticeship, Danielle has become involved in many aspects of the business, from supporting day-to-day administrative responsibilities at head office to confidently manning the weighbridge at our depots. Her positive attitude and eagerness to take on new challenges have seen her develop into a valued member of the Suttle Stone Quarries team.
Sue Marshall, Strategic Director and Danielle’s line manager, said:
“Watching Danielle’s growth over the past 18 months has been incredibly rewarding. She’s grown from a shy, quiet young lady into someone who is confident enough to strike up conversations with new customers and colleagues alike. It’s also been fantastic to see her confidence develop in her role, understanding her work and feeling empowered to speak up whenever she feels something isn’t right. We’re all incredibly proud of how far she’s come and everything she’s achieved.”
Danielle has become a key part of the team, and we’re incredibly proud of everything she has achieved throughout her apprenticeship. Passing her End Point Assessment is a testament to her hard work, dedication and the progress she has made over the past year and a half.
Congratulations, Danielle, on this well-deserved achievement. We look forward to seeing your continued success as part of the team!
