• Suttle CFA Piling

Continuous flight auger piles are formed by injecting concrete through a hollow stem auger as the auger is extracted from the ground.

CFA piles are suitable for medium to soft soil conditions that are either saturated or unsaturated. The process is fast and relatively inexpensive when compared to other bored piling techniques. They are commonly used for low-medium rise buildings and silo-like structures that are subject to large variable loads.

Additionally, segmental flight auger (SFA) piles are similar to CFA but using restricted access rigs to achieve pile depths greater than the height of the rig being used to install them.

Suttles are capable of installing pile diameters of between 300mm and 1,200mm and up to 26m deep.
