Site Supervisor – Mannings Heath Depot

We are currently looking for a Site Supervisor at our Mannings Heath Depot near Tower Park in Poole.

Are you organised and a good communicator? This could be you!

Reporting to our Director of Quarrying, the successful candidate will ideally have experience in a Supervisory Role.

Key Responsibilities & Qualities:

·  Overseeing depot operations.

·  Ability to motivate a team.

·  Compliance with all health and safety procedures and ensuring that everyone on site is following health and safety laws and procedures.

·  Other duties as assigned by management.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

· Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, drivers, logistics personnel, and management.

· Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.

· High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

· Willingness to work flexible hours as required.
